Website Redesigns
How long does a website redesign take?
Most projects take around 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the size of the site and how quickly feedback is shared. I’ll outline the timeline clearly at the start, so you know what to expect.
Will you help with the wording on my website?
Yes, I’ll work closely with you during the structure and content phase to refine your existing copy or shape new content where needed. The focus is on clarity, flow, and making sure the wording supports the design and guides visitors to take action.
Do I need to have all my copy written before we start?
No. You don’t need perfect copy upfront. I’ll help you organise, refine, and structure your content as part of the process, so it fits naturally into the website.
How does payment work?
Projects are split into two payments. 50% is due at the start to secure your project, with the remaining 50% due before launch. Once payment has been made in full, you fully own your website.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. Your website will be custom built in WordPress, which is the industry standard content management system. This means you can easily make updates yourself without needing a developer. I’ll show you how to manage the basics, and you’ll also have 14 days of post-launch support if any questions come up.
White Label Design
Do you work under my brand?
Yes, all work is delivered 100% white label. I communicate only with you (not your clients), and everything is created to match your brand’s tone, style, and processes.
What types of projects do you take on?
I’m currently taking on WordPress website design and development using Divi (4 or 5), Divi development support, and Figma website design. Whether it’s a new project or overflow work, I adapt to your needs and project scope.
What themes or builders do you use for WordPress sites?
I specialise in Divi (4 and 5). I’m comfortable using custom CSS where needed, or sticking strictly to Divi’s native tools if that’s your preference.
How do we collaborate?
I fit into your preferred workflow, whether that’s through email, project management tools, or shared workspaces. My goal is to make working together feel seamless.
How do you price your services?
I work on either a fixed project rate or an hourly rate, depending on the scope. Once I understand what you need, I’ll provide a clear, upfront quote.
Can you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
Absolutely. I regularly work under NDAs and treat every project with complete confidentiality.
Do you handle client communication?
No, all client communication stays with you. I work entirely behind the scenes so your brand remains front and center.
