Discovery
I start by getting to know your business, your goals, and the people you want to reach. If you already have a website, I’ll review it to see what’s working and what isn’t. From there, we’ll define the purpose of your new site and map out a clear plan forward.
Structure & Content
I then create a simple “blueprint” of your website that shows how each page is organised and how visitors will move through the site. At this stage, we’ll also refine your copy so the words and structure work hand-in-hand to guide your audience to take action.
Design
The next step is design. Your website’s design should feel like a natural extension of your brand. I can work with existing brand guidelines, or create a style based on your preferences, using colours, fonts, and imagery that represent your business at its best.
Development
With the design approved, I build your website into a fully working version. Every page is tested for ease of use, speed, and responsiveness, so it works seamlessly on any device.
Launch & Support
Once everything is ready, we launch your site! I include 14 days of post-launch support for your peace of mind. After that, ongoing support is optional. If you’d rather be hands-off, you can choose a support package where I take care of updates, maintenance, and edits for you, so your site stays secure, up to date, and effective as your business grows.
